Accident on I-85 sends several people to hospitals

A single-vehicle accident on I-85 in Braselton sent several patients to area hospitals on Sunday, according to the West Jackson Fire Department. Hoschton cyclist killed in Winder accident

A “fixture” in Hoschton’s motorcycle community was killed Saturday while driving his custom bike to Winder. David Paul Hatcher, 42, of Hwy. 332 and formerly of Statham, died at the scene after a collision with an oncoming vehicle. He was pronounced dead at Barrow Regional Medical Center. Capt.
