The Georgia State Patrol has released the names of the man killed and the two men injured Israel Contreras-Alvarez, 57, of Flowery Branch, died in the accident. Tracking dogs were deployed at about 5 p.m. Wednesday in an effort to capture a juvenile who escaped police custody near the intersection of Hwy. 59 and U.S. 441.
