Three individuals were arrested Oct. 21 for growing marijuana within the Barrow County portion of Hoschton. A West Jackson man said he heard a bullet come flying from a wooded area to his yard, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. 911 center to be moved to new county jail
