Voters in Banks County can cast their ballots early in the Nov. 3 county and city elections. Early voting started Tuesday and continues through Friday, Oct. 30. A business locating in Baldwin will bring 25 new jobs to the town. The Lumite Division of Ethicon is moving its operation into the Ken-Bar building. A flash flood warning was given out Monday for southern Banks County. The flood warning is in place through 4:15 p.m. Monday. Banks County officials report that Webbs Creek is beginning to flood and that Webbs Creek Road has been closed because of the conditions.
