Woman charged with pedestrian under the influence

A Commerce woman was arrested recently after a deputy spotted her walking in the roadway on Neese-Commerce Road. Rebecca Lynn Blevins, 39, 450 Minish Road, was charged with one count of pedestrian under the influence. A woman on Buford Carey Road reported that her vehicle had been damaged.
