The West Jackson Fire Department arrived on scene at a Hoschton address finding an elderly woman with a pool of blood around her head. The woman, who was prone on the floor, said that she had fallen while doing some work. She also said that she has a history of arthritis and difficulty with her shoulders. Five-year-old child drowns after falling in pool

A 5-year-old child reportedly fell into a muddy swimming pool Thursday at a North Jackson residence and later died at a Gainesville hospital. A man stopped for speeding by the Braselton Police Department is wanted on murder charges in Roswell. Ismael Lewis, 32, was spotted going 90 mph on Interstate-85 North.
