Several locations in a Bethlehem subdivision were recently tagged with suspected gang graffiti. On November 12, the subdivision sign and a welcome sign at The Gates at Griffith Manor were vandalized. A Winder man was reportedly robbed after refusing to give an acquaintance money. The victim told police he was sitting on the back steps of the Will Peter Salon and Spa when the suspect approached him asking for money. A Lawrenceville man reported to the City of Auburn municipal court after learning an individual had been ticketed while using his identity. Auburn Police were called to a Hilltop Circle address after a complaint about a noisy domestic dispute. An Auburn man was arrested after repeatedly refusing to heed a deputy’s warning. The deputy was dispatched to a Howell Trace residence after a woman reported that her ex-boyfriend, Jason Haney, age 32 of 345 Oakdale Road in Auburn, would not stop calling her. A Winder man was arrested after beating his wife and threatening her with a knife. Police arrested German Choxom-Tash, 48, of 232 Grove Street in Winder, after investigating a domestic dispute reported by Choxom-Tash’s son.
