Suspect flees, abandons vehicle

A wanted man eluded police, but lost his vehicle in the process. An officer on patrol noticed a green Chrysler Sebring convertible with a tan top traveling west on May Street. It was a battle for seventh place Monday morning as Banks County completed the third annual Holiday Classic sponsored by Community Bank and Trust.
