A missing South Carolina man found in Braselton was released by police after investigators in the neighboring state didn’t want him held by police. Inmate files suit against jail, Sheriff

An inmate housed at the Barrow County Detention Center has filed suit against the jail, Sheriff Jud Smith and detention officer Mark Sigman.
