A Bethlehem woman called the Sheriff’s Office after receiving 23 calls between midnight and 5 a.m. on Jan. 26. The calls originated from a number with caller identification blocked. Deputies with the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office were called to 1058 Clacktown Road on Friday morning in reference to an unresponsive person. Upon arrival, deputies located a deceased white male. Apartment building damaged by fire

Several residents were displaced after a Feb. 2 fire damaged an apartment building on Apperson Drive. A Bethlehem man was arrested after reportedly stealing a car from his father’s business.
