Mark it down as another strong week for the Jefferson golf teams. Last Thursday, Jefferson traveled to Double Oaks Golf Course in Commerce to face Commerce and Athens Christian. It was a mixed result for the Jackson County track and field teams last week, as they took part in a quad-meet at EJCHS. The boys finished second with 60 points, trailing only top scoring East Jackson’s 119.5. Franklin County finished third with 47.5 points. Athens Academy placed fourth with 19 points.
