WSA to back financing for seven sewer projects

The Barrow County Water & Sewerage Authority voted Feb. 16 to pay an unspecified number of early payments on the long-term debt the county is pursuing to build seven major sewer system improvements. The Winder-Barrow Campus of Lanier Technical College will be starting an Entrepreneurship certificate April 7. The 18 credit hour certificate program includes courses in Principles of Management (MKT 100), Business Law (MKT 103, and Entrepreneurship (MKT 110).
