Statham Police made three arrests during the past week, two of which were for driving under the influence. Gerald Walter Dulaney, 49, of 596 Eighth Street in Statham, was arrested on April 2 for multiple traffic violations. State sales tax revenue increases

Recently released data from the United States Census Bureau shows a 57 percent increase in state sales tax revenue in the fourth quarter of 2009 compared to the last quarter of 2008.
