A Winder man has been charged in connection with a brutal attack against his wife. Chad Quinton Starling, 31, of 224 Nunnally Road in Winder, was arrested for probation violation on March 28. An officer with the Duluth Police Department was injured as a result of a Thursday morning motorcycle accident in Barrow County. Duluth Police Department spokesman Maj.
