WBHS defeat Apalachee

The WBHS baseball team earned a little payback Friday and in the process continued on its march to the postseason. The Diamond Doggs posted a 6-0 victory against AHS to avenge a loss to the Diamond Cats in March. The East Jackson track teams picked up second and third-place finishes last week leading into this week’s spring break. It was another strong home meet for the Jefferson Dragons on Tuesday. The boys outdistanced both Rabun and Banks County, scoring 73 points to Rabun’s 51 and Banks’ 45. The Jefferson golf teams returned to action this week, facing off against Prince Avenue Christian at Traditions Golf Course on Tuesday.
