The University of Georgia Police explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) team was called to the home of Barrow County commissioner Eva Elder on Friday after a suspected explosive device was found in her yard. A woman returned to her Hancock Bridge Road home to find that several of her belongings had been stabbed, cut, smashed and spray painted.
