A Barrow County Sheriff’s deputy remains hospitalized at Athens Regional Medical Center after being involved in a serious accident May 20 on Hwy. 316. The Friends of the Braselton-West Jackson Library will hold its “Books on the Porch” book sale on Friday, May 21, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Braselton Library. Guests will pick a box and fill it with their choice of books. Boxes range in cost from $5, $7.50 or $10 per box.
