A woman who was panhandling at two Hoschton stores was arrested after she gave conflicting stories to deputies, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. An employee at Dollar General on Ga. A young vandal was identified after the investigating deputy discovered evidence of the crime in plain sight. A Ponderosa Circle resident called authorities after discovering that her neighbor’s son had spray painted several blue dots on her home. Animal control facility now running

After sitting empty for almost a year, the new Barrow County Animal Control Facility is now in business.
