Because of the continuing decline in property values, the Barrow County Tax Assessors Office for the second year in a row has conducted a countywide reassessment. Woman brutally attacked by boyfriend

A Bethlehem woman was assaulted by her boyfriend after a minor disagreement. The woman said she and Tracy Edward Johnson, 38, of 3230 Snows Mill Road in Monroe, had taken her two daughters to her grandmother’s house to go swimming.
