Comer travel museum to be unveiled in Oct.

Comer’s long awaited travel museum will be dedicated with a ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday, Oct. 16, at 10 a.m. The date was pushed back due to delays in repairs to the building. BOE takes high bid on auto insurance

The county school board opted recently to reject the low bid for its auto insurance, taking a higher premium price and lower coverage to stay with a local company. A Colbert couple was arrested recently after a Governor’s Task Force helicopter spotted several patches of marijuana growing just south of Danielsville.
