Jacquelin and Phillip Twiss are seeking help in identifying the person or persons responsible for shooting several horses on their property. The Twisses are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter. Animal Control Director Jimmy Terrell is looking for volunteers. The coordinators of an economic development fundraising campaign held a meeting last week to try to bolster donations. Bethlehem officials vote to fund EDC just $1,500
