Carl Mayor David Brock swore in the town’s first police officer Thursday, April 21, at a town council meeting. Officer Terry Raber, 61, was specially appointed by Governor Nathan Deal on the recommendation of Brock, the town council and Rep. Terry England (R-Auburn).
