A second firefighter working for Barrow County Emergency Services has been arrested following an alcohol-related domestic dispute. Bobby Ray Garmon, 36, of Red Oak Way in Winder, was charged April 24 with three misdemeanors, including battery, criminal trespass, and simple assault. It now costs students enrolled in the program $95 to complete their final battery of five tests in order to receive their much sought after degrees. A tractor-trailer carrying part of a house caused some power outages after it hooked lines on Hwy. 11 at about 11:30 a.m. Friday causing major traffic delays.
