Hamilton State Bank, Hoschton, has acquired another troubled bank in Georgia — the 13th failed bank in the state to be closed by regulators this year. A Statham man told police he was carjacked and held at gunpoint last Saturday night while leaving Bojangles on N. Broad Street.
