JEFFERSON - Wayne Stanley Caudell, 76, died on Thursday, July 21, 2011. Born in Banks County, he was the son of the late Pitner and Dicie Coker Caudell. Braselton police have arrested the mother of a rape suspect for allegedly threatening or bribing a witness, according to an incident report.
