EAST JACKSON’S cross country teams both turned in first-place finishes at Saturday’s Best in Class meet at Oglethorpe County. RACHEL PASKO’S solid senior season continued Saturday with a very convincing victory in the Best in Class meet at Oglethorpe County. The day after challenger Jim Cooley filed a formal challenge of his Winder residency, councilman Charlie Eberhart complained to the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office that Cooley had been following him around the city.
