The Auburn City Council unanimously approved a new alcohol ordinance Nov. 17 allowing Sunday sales for beer and wine and at the same time a provisional license for existing retailers that won’t cost them an additional penny until the first of the year. Suspect pleads "not guilty" in Tonya Lynn murder
