The Barrow County Airport Authority lost two members recently, but both seats should be filled by the end of the month. The authority welcomed Scott Hang as the new at-large representative at its Jan. 17 meeting. Auburn approves annexation of 20+ acres

The Auburn City Council approved the annexation and rezoning of 22 acres near the downtown district at last week’s meeting. The property at 121 Mount Moriah Road is adjacent to 11 acres that were already in the city limits.
