Library to close Thursday, Friday; ribbon cutting set for March 31

The Madison County Library will be closed Thursday, March 22, and Friday, March 23, to put the finishing touches on a major expansion project. Madison County commissioners agreed March 5 to set the local animal shelter’s per capita contribution from the government on the 2010 Census, not the 2000 figure.
