Madison County’s boys’ and girls’ tennis squads grabbed the bronze at the Granger Invitational Tournament at Callaway Gardens recently. Both teams won three matches and lost one. JACKSON COUNTY freshman Todd Woodring took home two medals in Thursday’s Parkview Whitley Freshman Showcase. Woodring placed fourth out of 30 in the 400 meters and seventh out of 94 in the 200 meters. The top eight placers in each event medal. The event included over 20 teams from Gwinnett County and over 600 athletes.
