The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning that will be in effect until 10:30 p.m. for western Jackson, southern Hall, northeastern Gwinnett and northern Barrow County. The National Weather Service has canceled a tornado warning that was in effect until 10:30 p.m. for western Jackson and northern Barrow County. At 10:06 p.m. Doppler radar indicated a tornado was near Hoschton and moving east at 45 miles per hour.
