A strange set of incidents, including alleged arson, led to the arrest of a Royston man on an outstanding burglary warrant recently. A Colbert man was arrested on arson charges recently after he allegedly set fire to his home. William Ryan Carey, 31, 144 Isabelle’s Way, was charged with second-degree arson.
