A man who was cursing excessively in a grocery store and proclaiming his right “to defend himself” was arrested by Braselton police for disorderly conduct, according to an incident report. Jose A. Authorities arrested a man after victims said he pointed a gun at them on Ga. Highway 316, although the man says he only showed them a badge. Either way, Jeffrey Craig Hatcher, 48, of 433 Aberdeen Way, Winder, is charged with six felonies, including two counts of impersonating an officer.
