Nearly 14 percent of registered Madison County voters cast their ballots before the July 31 primary elections. According to Madison County Chief Registrar Tracy Dean, 1,969 people visited the registrar’s office to participate in early voting, which ended Friday. Commerce woman charged with public drunkenness

An intoxicated Commerce woman was arrested recently after she caused a disturbance at a home and then on the side of Black’s Creek Church Road. Danielsville may hike water, sewer rates

Danielsville will soon go up on its water and sewer rates for customers both inside and outside the city limits.
