THE big day is here. After weeks of politicking, thousands of signs and a lot of the usual political hot air, voters will end the Primary season when polls close at 7 p.m. tonight. GILLSVILLE - James A. Welborn, 88, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Northridge Health and Rehabilitation. He was born in Banks County, the son of the late William H. and Maggie Eller Welborn.
