The regular monthly meetings of the Winder City Council are this week on Monday and Tuesday. Both the Oct. 1 work session and the Oct. 2 voting session will start at 6 p.m. at the council chambers inside the Winder Community Center on East Athens Street. YMCA patron nabs Jefferson woman for theft from his auto; police find evidence of multiple victims

A Jefferson woman was arrested in Winder Thursday night after being detained in the parking lot of the local YMCA by one of her alleged theft victims.
