The runners from the Banks County High School Cross Country Team ran a meet at Riverside Military Academy last Thursday afternoon. The boys and girls teams finished in first place at the meet with many runners breaking their season best times. JEFFERSON (26-13, 1-5) split a pair of Thursday home matches, losing to Class AAA’s no. 5 team, Hart County (25-27, 25-22, 7-15), and beating Chestatee (25-21, 25-19) to snap a four-match losing streak.
