Drunk driver hits county road equipment on Gum Springs Church Road

An apparently drunk driver hit a county-owned asphalt spreader on Gum Springs Church Road, according to an incident report from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. Visitors Center to open again at Mayfield Dairy Farms

Mayfield Dairy Farms has announced that the company's Visitor Center in Braselton, will reopen to the public on Friday, November 9, 2012. The center has been closed since last fall while the company looked for ways to make it more economically viable.
