2 traffic stops lead to 3 methamphetamine charges

A pair of traffic stops on the U.S. 441 bypass resulted in the arrests of three people during the past week for possession of methamphetamine, according to the Commerce Police Department. Two people were killed in a wreck Monday in Barrow County. A 2003 GMC Envoy driven by Kristina Marie Brown, 27, of Winder was traveling east on Georgia Highway 8 when the vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a 1992 Honda Accord.
