The Barrow County School System suspended bus service at 2:30 p.m. because of the severe weather. Officials posted a notice on the system's website. The Barrow County School System suspended bus service at 2:30 p.m. because of the severe weather but the buses will run once the storm has passed. The Barrow County School System suspended bus service at 2:30 p.m. because of the severe weather but the buses began operating again at 4:30 p.m., according to the school system's website. A Nicholson woman was charged with simple battery after a dispute over how to cook hamburgers at a Hampton Creek Road, Commerce, residence, reportedly turned physical last week.
