Hull man faces battery charge after incident with girlfriend

A birthday party for a 17-year-old Madison County teen turned tragic Saturday night when she was badly burned from a bonfire on Fowler Freeman Road. A fund has been set up to help the family of Franklin County’s Bonny Anne Cooner. Cooner’s body was found in a Franklin County well after a two-week search for the missing Canon woman.
