Two charged with obstruction after domestic disturbance

Two people were charged with multiple counts of obstruction last week after officers were called to a domestic disturbance at their home. Raelene Jon Brown, 29, 401 Hillwood Drive, Danielsville, was charged with five counts of obstruction. Kevin Hugh Massey, 40, of the same address, was charged with three counts of obstruction. The Madison County Animal Control office has reported two more recent rabies cases: •Jan. 21 at the 2400 block of Hwy 174, Danielsville. A rabid skunk in a dog pen was shot by a home owner. •Jan. 28 at the 600 block of Sewell Mill Road, Ila. A rabid raccoon was killed by dogs. Bus driver finds small boy on roadside

A bus driver found a small boy in his underwear on the side of Hardman Morris Road recently.
