The Winder City Council will have a closed meeting Tuesday, Jan. 31, to discuss the future acquisition of real estate and also to discuss personnel and to meet with the city attorney about pending or potential litigation.
The 7 p.m. meeting is not open to the public, but any council action stemming from the closed session must be taken in public votes following the closed session.
The meeting will be in the council's chambers at the Winder Community Center at 113 E. Athens St.
