‘Alex’ Mitton (9-23-12)

JASPER - Alexander Trey "Alex" Mitton, 20, died Sunday, September 23, 2012, at his residence.

He was the son of Mark and Amy Mitton of Jasper.

Survivors in addition to his parents include a brother, Tyler Rush Mitton, Jasper; sister, Lindsay Mitton, Jasper; grandparents, the Rev. and Mrs. Gerald Mitton, Jefferson; aunts and uncles, Barbara Hendricks, Commerce, Susan and David Fouche, Jefferson, and Roger and Mariam Taylor, Kentucky; cousins, Dale and Kim Reaves, Commerce, and Will and Andi Hendricks, Commerce.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 25, at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony Ramirez officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or to the Fallen Firefighter.
Arrangements and services were entrusted to Roper Funeral Home and Crematory of Jasper.
