JEFFERSON tallied its highest point total since 2009 in a 62-26 win Friday over Greene County on the road.
The 62 were the most Jefferson has scored since 63-28 win over Union County three years ago. The victory moved Jefferson (3-1) to 1-0 in Region 8-AA play.
The Dragons, winners of three in a row, move on to one of their biggest games of the year as they face no. 6 Washington-Wilkes next week.
