Jackson deputies log 45 arrests

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office charged 45 people last week, including the following:

•Mark Anthony Dachs, 35, 1494 Cleveland Highway, Murryaville, two charges of issuance of bad checks.

•Hurvey William Davis III, 111 Hightower Court, Jefferson, probation violation.

•Jason Ray Hill, 39, 482 Madison St., Commerce, probation violation.

•William Lee Mooney Jr., 28, 154 Highland Way, Maysville, driving while license suspended or revoked and suspended registration.

•Jerome John Peppers, 47, 675 Windy Hill Road, Lot No. 59, Jefferson, probation violation.

•Felix Soto Santos, 28, 130 Whisper Way, Winder, driving without a license, obstruction or hindering law enforcement, giving false name or address to law enforcement officers and driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.

•Andrew Nicholas Thomas, 21, 538 Dunson Cemetery Road, Commerce, loitering or prowling, and obstruction.

•LaTraveon Shaughon Burton, 18, 274 Briar Wood Lane, Hull, no insurance, failure to maintain lane and concealing the identity of a vehicle.

•William David Crawford, 62, 442 Cedar Drive, Nicholson, battery.

•Jack Eric Dodd, 36, 2820 Old Maysville Road, Commerce, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and public drunkenness.

•William Casey Garrett, 18, 308 Johnson Drive, Braselton, possession of alcohol underage.

•Alesha Michael Johnson, 38, 99 Carruth Road, Jefferson, furnishing alcohol to a minor and disorderly conduct.

•Cody Allen Lanphear, 19, 5130 Poole Road, Lula, speeding 69/45, fleeing or attempting to elude and possession of methamphetamine.

•Devin Michael McCormack, 19, 99 Carruth Road Jefferson, consumption of alcohol underage and disorderly conduct.

•Paul David Pethel, 50, 255 Victoria Lane, Commerce, two charges of issuance of bad checks.

•Matthew Mason Venable, 24, 1014 Lewis Sailors Road, Jefferson, battery.
