The Winder-Barrow High School freshman football team has been perfect to this point in 2012.
The freshman Bulldoggs recorded their latest win against Eastside 30-14 last week. CeCe Green helped lead the offense with 87 yards on five carries and one score.
Miquan Fulton had a 55-yard run for a score. Noah Chapman was 3-for-4 for 75 yards and two touchdowns. Jay Branch caught all of Chapmanās passes. Ryan Evans rushed for 38 yards and was 1-of-2 on point after attempts.
Andre Jackson contributed to the win with 50 yards on the ground while Trey Tate added 37 yards.
Alan Leighton went 2-of-2 on PATs and had a 26-yard field goal.
The freshman Bulldoggs compiled 267 yards rushing and 75 yards through the air.
Defensively, John Pritchett has been a key factor on defense, recording several sacks this fall for the freshman Bulldoggs.
Prior to the win against Eastside, WBHS defeated Loganville 7-0, Heritage 22-19, Walnut Grove 25-12 and Salem 21-0. The WBHS freshman team will host Monroe Area Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at W. Clair Harris Stadium.
