COMMERCE - Justin Lee Fitzpatrick, 29, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012.

Born on June 14, 1983, in Commerce, he was the son of Diana Minish Whitlock of Commerce and Keith Fitzpatrick of Ila.

Survivors include a sister, Ashley Brooke Fitzpatrick (Nickolas Brandon Drake), Danielsville; a brother, Andrew Blake Fitzpatrick, Commerce; stepsister, Sabrina Whitlock Thurmond, Carnesville; stepbrothers, Kyle McFarland, Stephens, and Kerry Whitlock, Commerce; grandparents, Lee and Eleanor Fitzpatrick, Danielsville, and Dr. Ben T. Minish, Commerce, and the late Janice C. Johnson. He was the uncle of Peyton Brannon Drake, Danielsville, Ayden Bailey Fitzpatrick, Hull, and Blane McFarland and Kyla McFarland, both of Stephens.

Funeral services were held Monday, November 26, from the Erastus Christian Church.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
