The following people were sentenced Nov. 30 in the State Court of Jackson County:
•Jana Annette Lawrence pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and nolo contendere to suspended license — 12 months probation, 120 days confinement with credit for time served, drug and alcohol evaluation, risk reduction program, 240 hours community service and $2,500 fine. Charges of failure to signal lane change and failure to maintain a lane were dismissed.
•Alexandria Morgan Hagerman pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)-less safe — 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, drug and alcohol evaluation, risk reduction program and $600 fine. One charge of DUI under 21 was dismissed.
•Ami Marie Stapp pleaded nolo contendere to obstruction — 12 months probation and $500 fine.
•Dianne Brooke Carver pleaded nolo contendere to a tag light violation, driving without tail lights and operation of a vehicle with a cracked windshield — 12 months probation and $639 fine. Charges of obstruction and a tire violation were dismissed.
•William Douglas Baker pleaded nolo contendere to misdemeanor possession of marijuana — 12 months probation and $500 fine. One charge of underage possession of alcohol was dismissed.
•Dwayne James Craft pleaded nolo contendere to an open container violation — 12 months probation and $200 fine. One charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana was dismissed.
•Coty O’Neal Sanders pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license — 12 months probation and $1,000 fine.
•Robert Charles Wilson pleaded nolo contendere to simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), —12 months probation, 24 family violence intervention program classes, no violent contact with victims and $500 fine. Charges of criminal trespass and simple battery were dismissed.
•Christopher Ryan Russell pleaded guilty to one charge of DUI under 21 — 12 months probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, risk reduction program, 40 hours community service and $600 fine. Charges of DUI over legal limit, no license on person, underage possession of alcohol and failure to maintain a lane were dismissed.
•Joseph Michael Laflamme pleaded guilty to DUI- less safe, — 72 hours confinement, 12 months probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, risk reduction program, 240 hours community service and $800 fine. Charges of DUI over the legal limit, reckless driving and open container violation over dismissed.
•Gary Wytiaz pleaded nolo contendere to violation of a family violence order — 12 months probation, no contact with victims, after 90 days banned from Jackson County concurrent with another sentence and $500 fine.
•Alexander Clark pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — 12 months probation and $500 fine. One charge of simple battery (FVA) was dismissed.
•Degaria Alena Day pleaded nolo contendere to driving with a suspended license reduced to driving with an expired license — 12 months probation and $143 fine.
•Dillon Jacob Thompson pleaded nolo contendere to simple battery — 12 months probation and $500 fine.
•Crystal Marie Giddens pleaded guilty to DUI- less safe — 12 months probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, risk reduction program, 40 hours community service and $450 fine. One charge of DUI over the legal limit was dismissed.
•Elizabeth Louann Smith pleaded nolo contendere to misdemeanor possession of marijuana and criminal trespass — 12 months probation and $1,000 fine. One charge of obstruction was dismissed.
•Shana Alexis Farist pleaded guilty to speeding — 12 months probation and $353 fine.
•James Casebolt pleaded nolo contendere to no proof of insurance — $563 fine.
•Amy Turpin pleaded nolo contendere to driving with a suspended license — 12 months probation and $750 fine.
CASES DISMISSED

•Timothy Phil Elrod, misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

•Carey Earl Dowls, driving without a license and operation of a vehicle without a current license plate.
