Actions filed recently in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Madison County include:
•Tony Labrae Hancock, 36, 105 Noori Lane, Commerce, was sentenced to one year probation and 40 hours of community service for possession of marijuana (less than an ounce) reduced from possession, manufacture and distribution of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year probation for DUI, possession of drug-related objects or equipment and carrying a concealed weapon. He was also fined a total of $1,482.
•Steven Roy Kitchens, 39, 1821 Blacks Creek Church Road, was sentenced to one year probation, one day confinement and 40 hours of community service for DUI drugs. He was also sentenced to one year probation for too fast for conditions and failure to stop for a stop sign and fined a total of $1,168. Charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, weaving over roadway, open container violation and obstruction of officers were dismissed.
•Theodore J. Sims, 24, 309 Baldwin Court Apartments, Cornelia, was sentenced to six months probation and fined $140 for pedestrian under the influence.
•Christopher Travis Tillman, 20, 1576 Garnett Ward Road, Hull, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $337 for criminal trespass. Charges of obstruction of officers and simple assault were dismissed.
•Rebecca Faith Davidson, 41, 820 Shiloh Fort Lamar Road, Danielsville, was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $100 for theft by taking. She was sentenced to three years probation and fined a total of $100 for three counts of financial transaction card fraud and one year probation on one count of financial transaction card fraud. Davidson was also sentenced to 10 years probation and fined $100 for theft by receiving stolen property and 10 years probation and fined $100 for forgery in the first degree. A charge of failure to appear was dismissed.
•Harley D. England, 24, 153 West Briardwood Lane, Nicholson, was fined $200 for failure to maintain lane. Charges of leaving the scene of an accident, DUI and theft by taking were dismissed.
•Jerry Mell Dean Jr., 38, 171 Christmas Circle, Colbert, was sentenced to one year probation, one day confinement and 50 hours community service for DUI alcohol. He was also sentenced to one year probation for open container violation. A charge of DUI was dismissed.
•Colin Lee Anderson, 46, 533 Maple Wood Lane, was sentenced to 10 years probation for three counts of criminal damage to property in the second degree and one count of theft by taking. He was also fined $400. Four charges of burglary and one charge of possession of tools for the commission of a crime, theft by taking and criminal damage to property in the second degree were dismissed.
•Joni Lynn Black, 32, 1721 Roy Woods Road, Comer, was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined a total of $200 for two counts of theft by taking. A charge of influencing witnesses was dismissed.
•Jerry Moody, 57, 300 Sanders Drive, Athens, was sentenced to five years probation and fined $825 for theft by receiving stolen property (reduced from theft by taking). A charge of theft by taking was dismissed.
•Phil Collins Jr., no age available, 169 Brickyard Road, was sentenced to 10 years probation and fined a total of $100 on three counts of theft by taking.
•Pericles Terrance Statiras, 41, P.O. Box 184, Athens, was sentenced to five years probation and fined $100 for obstruction of officers. He was sentenced to one year probation for marijuana — less than an ounce and possession of drug-related objects. Charges of possession of methamphetamine and aggravated stalking were dismissed.
